Returns

Satisfaction is guaranteed!! We accept returns on any unopened packages.
Customer must call for return authorization before any returns. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Refunds will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, if returned within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. If returned after this time, items will automatically be returned to sender at sender's expense and no refund will be issued.

Delivery Time

You should receive your package within 10 business days.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders shipped in New York State.
